Questions about photography services

01. How does Sara work on a project?
Before starting any project, especially weddings, it is very important for me to have an online consultation session with the client (and particularly with the bride and groom). This allows us to get to know each other better and exchange ideas.
From the moment the contract is signed, our team is by your side. We create a dedicated WhatsApp group where everything is shared and coordinated accessories, outfits, makeup, locations, timing, and photography and video concepts. We stay in close contact with you until the final delivery of the project.
For this process to be successful, it is essential that the client actively shares their ideas and preferences, helping the photographer and videographer get as close as possible to their desired style.
02. What is Sara’s photography and videography style?
My photography and videography follow a cinematographic style, meaning everything happens in real, natural conditions. I strongly avoid forced poses and staged gestures. My goal is to create images that feel authentic, emotional, and timeless photos that can be felt and remain alive years later, rather than typical, repetitive tourist pictures.
03. What kind of videos do you produce?
Lighting is one of the most important elements in both photography and video. I assess each location beforehand to determine the natural light available and then decide whether to use reflectors.
04. When should I book a photography session?
For tourist photography or street-style shoots, it is recommended to book at least one to two months in advance—especially during busy, high-season months in Paris, as dates tend to fill up quickly.
For weddings, it is best to reserve your date several months up to one year in advance.
05. What happens in case of cancellation or unexpected events?
If an unexpected situation occurs such as weather conditions or any sudden event that makes the session impossible, we can reschedule the shoot for another day.
If the cancellation is due to the photographer, the full amount will be refunded.
In case of an unjustified cancellation by the client within 15 days before the event, 20% of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
06. How does scheduling and timing work?
You must arrive exactly at the agreed time and location. Any delay on the client’s side will result in lost shooting time and may require additional charges.
Additionally, many tourist locations become crowded very quickly, and delays can significantly increase the difficulty of the shoot for the photographer.
