DARSHANIYA GALERIE provides professional photography, videography, and video editing services, including but not limited to portrait photography, wedding photography, fashion photography, commercial projects, and cinematic video production.
All services are provided based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking.
Bookings & Reservations

All sessions must be booked in advance through the website, email, or direct communication.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Agreement on the scope of work
- Confirmation of availability
- Payment of the required deposit (if applicable)
Dates and times are reserved exclusively once confirmed.
Payments

Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before the session.
Payments may include:
- A non-refundable deposit to secure the booking
- Final balance payable before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as early as possible.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- In case of unexpected circumstances (such as severe weather or force majeure), an alternative date will be proposed when possible
Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time for the scheduled session
- Communicate expectations clearly before the shoot
- Respect the creative process and professional guidance during the session
DARSHANIYA GALERIE is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by late arrival or lack of cooperation.
Artistic Style & Editing

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept the artistic style, editing approach, and visual language of DARSHANIYA GALERIE as shown in the portfolio.
Editing choices, color grading, and final selection of images or video sequences remain at the discretion of the artist.
Delivery of Photos & Videos

Final images and videos will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
Raw files are not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and editing complexity.
Usage Rights & Copyright

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of DARSHANIYA GALERIE.
Clients are granted a personal or commercial usage license depending on the project type, which will be clarified before delivery.
DARSHANIYA GALERIE reserves the right to use selected images or videos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy

Client privacy is respected at all times.
Personal information shared during booking or communication will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties.
Limitation of Liability

DARSHANIYA GALERIE is not liable for:
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond control
- Technical failures beyond reasonable prevention
- Loss or damage caused by factors outside the artist’s responsibility
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Governing Law

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
